WHEN? Meals are frozen & ready to be picked up straight after ordering. *Except for the weekly menu that is ready from Tuesday each week. Please refer to the date range above the stated menu to ensure it is ready to go. You do not need to confirm your arrival time or wait for a confirmation email. Pickup anytime during our open hours: Monday | 9am - 2pm Tuesday | 9am - 2pm Wednesday | 9am - 2pm Thursday | 9am - 2pm Friday | 9am - 2pm Saturday | 9am - 2pm Sunday | CLOSED AFTER HOURS PICKUPS If you cannot make it within opening hours, we also have an After Hours Freezer. This is an available option between 7am & 5pm Monday - Friday & 9am & 4pm Saturdays. Please let us know ahead of time so we can put your order there. WHERE? WHEN? All meals will be delivered each Friday between 9am and 4pm. You will receive a text message on the day with a more specific timeframe. *Whilst we have a tight schedule, there may be unforeseen circumstances which arise that don’t allow us to get to you within the arranged time. WON'T BE HOME? If you know you will not be home, please leave an appropriate bag or box to keep your meals cold until you return home. All meals are delivered frozen and will stay cold for up to an hour in the shade. *Kindest Kitchen will not take any responsibility for meals left unattended. I TYPED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY... A second delivery fee will be required if your stated address is incorrect. If meals are delivered and left at an incorrect location we cannot refund or replace the order.
*Your subscription fee will be processed each week and you will receive that week’s menu. *You may suspend/pause your service at any time. Email us at hello@kyndkitchen.com to request. Please allow a week's notice where possible.
*First payment will be made upon check out and will recur exactly one week after that.
