What if I want to
cancel or pause my subscription?
Subscriptions are great if you plan on ordering
for a few weeks at a time!
We don't require you to stay subscribed
for a set number of weeks and you can cancel
or pause at any time.
All packs can be bought as a once off purchase or
subscription for a discounted rate.
Each week, your payment will be auto-debit
on the same day that you originally purchased,
each week. And each week we will have a new menu of meals ready for you!
Standard Vs Clean Meals
What is the difference between
Standard & Clean meals?
Both types of packs are packed full of seasonal vegetables with menus that change weekly!
Standard Packs have a hearty amount
of vegetables, beans and tofu!
As well as starches like white rice, potatoes
& gluten free pastas.
While our Clean Packs are focused on extra veggies, brown rice, sweet potatoes and protein pastas. Basically all the goodness of our Standard Packs but a little more macro focused!
How do I store & prepare my meals?
Kindest Kitchen meals are sold frozen.
Meals can be cooked from frozen
in a microwave or oven (depending on consistency).
Or thawed and heated on the stove.
Microwave time depends on your microwave but between 5mins and 8mins usually does the trick!
If the underneath of the container is hot then it’s almost always heated through.
You can cook in the container, in the microwave ONLY.
Leave the lid slightly on to keep moisture in
(recommended for noodle and rice dishes)
or remove the lid completely to evaporate excess liquid (recommend for pastas and curries).
Can I order through my NDIS or Home Care Plan?
Usually, yes!

Where do I pick up my meals?
You can find us at
13 Endeavour Drive, Kunda Park
Our store front is open to the public
9am - 2pm | Monday - Saturday
We have a cabinet full of treats, a freezer full of meals if you'd prefer to choose your own menu and a tonne of preloved goodies!
We also do a $10 meal every Saturday lunch
with plenty of seating and a perfectly placed brewery just next door (if you fancy a plant based beer or two!
Our After Hours Pickup Freezer is open
whenever the gates are open!
Which is at minimum Monday - Saturday
7:30am - 4:30pm
You can order ahead & we can put your meals in a labelled bag for you to pickup.
Or you can drop buy and shop whatever is available.
Our bank details are listed on the freezer for payment.
Can I have my meals delivered?
Yes! We deliver locally every Friday
between 8am & 5pm.
Plus a Brisbane delivery on the
Second Friday of every Month.
Our delivery radius is up to 40km from
our kitchen in Kunda Park.
Delivery costs are based on delivery location.
Local Delivery - $10
Non Local Delivery - $15
Outer Sunshine Coast Delivery - $25
Brisbane - $15
*Your delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Not going to be home?
Your meals can be left unattended if you leave an esky out.
Does Kindest Kitchen
offer desserts?
Yes, we do!
We currently have cookie & cupcake packs listed on our website.
However, we also have a bunch of treats
available to purchase in store.
Can I ask for meals to be made specifically without a certain ingredient?
Short answer: sometimes.
Kindest Kitchen meals are prepared in bulk and therefore, we cannot accommodate individual dietary requirements.
However, we can swap out meals for other meals and accomodate to allergies to
soy, nuts and a few others.
