We change our menu every week, this week's menus are:
Pickup 14th July - 18th July

• Mexican Cheeze and Black Bean Enchilada Bake with Red Sauce
• Protein Packed Cauliflower Bake with Lentils, Cheeze & Garlic Cream
• Indian Biryani Style Quinoa with Chickpeas & Vegetables
• Sesame and Soy Stir Fry with Tofu & Vegetables
CASUAL PURCHASE:
Five meals for pick up or delivery (every Friday morning).
SUBSCRIPTION BASED PURCHASE:
Five meals for pick up between 9am & 2pm (Tuesday - Saturday) or delivery between 9am & 4pm (Fridays) EVERY WEEK, automated payment.
*Save $10 each week, $520 every year.

WHEN?
Meals are frozen & ready to be picked up straight after ordering.
*Except for the weekly menu that is ready from Tuesday each week. Please refer to the date range above the stated menu to ensure it is ready to go.
You do not need to confirm your arrival time or wait for a confirmation email. Pickup anytime during our open hours:

Tuesday | 9am - 2pm
Wednesday | 9am - 2pm
Thursday | 9am - 2pm
Friday | 9am - 2pm
Saturday | 9am - 2pm
Sunday | CLOSED
AFTER HOURS PICKUPS
If you cannot make it within opening hours, we also have an After Hours Freezer. This is an available option between 7am & 5pm Monday - Friday & 9am & 4pm Saturdays. Please let us know ahead of time so we can put your order there.
